Katharina Sieverding - “Transformer” at SFMOMA
Rotating through variations of hybrid portraits of Sieverding and her partner and artistic collaborator Kloaus Mettig, this LARGE installation plays on the continuum between masculine and feminine.
Sieverding’s interest in how people alter their appearance stems from her experience as a performer in the Dusseldorf club scene.
